In August 2022 Elena Gagliardi had a vision to bring the sport to Bendigo. Her commitment, passion and dedication has seen the sport get off the ground and in Nov 2022  a group of similarly passionate and committed pickleballers joined Elena and formed the Bendigo Pickleball Club Inc .The Club is managed by elected Committee members and is governed in accordance with the Associations Incorporation Act Reform Regulations 2012 . Bendigo Pickleball Club is also accepted as an affiliate of  Pickleball Victoria and Pickleball Australia.

The Club utilises the Badminton and Table Tennis Assoc. Stadium in Eaglehawk and players can choose to be financial “playing members” ( with cheaper sessional rates and other benefits) or play and pay “non member” fees each session.  As a relatively new club, membership is encouraged to help build game resources and work toward gaining our own facilities.​
